CEO & Founder of Amplified Beauty
Emily spent her first five years as a Physician Assistant, practicing emergency medicine in the ER and Urgent Care. Seeking a new challenge while still wanting to leverage her medical expertise, she pursued training as an Aesthetic Injector. Through this training, she discovered her true passion and started Amplified Beauty as a solopreneur. Today her dedication and passion have driven her to grow her business into a thriving practice with her dream team. By combining her extensive medical experience and in-depth knowledge of the human body with aesthetic injecting, she helps clients achieve their desired dream results. She is committed to professional growth and consistently participates in advanced training to ensure she provides high-quality services and the most effective injection techniques.
Tawnie Marble •

Chief Operations Officer
Tawnie is a retired Registered Nurse who advanced from bedside care to overseeing ten hospitals as a Corporate Director within six years. After transitioning from the corporate healthcare sector into entrepreneurship, she leveraged her extensive experience to establish a consulting practice as a Virtual Holistic Business Director and started working with Emily in 2022. In 2025, Tawnie became our Chief Operations Officer, where she remains dedicated to driving growth, scaling operations, and supporting our talented team. Passionate about holistic wellness and skincare, she is an enthusiastic advocate of microneedling with PRP and is particularly fond of our organic skincare line, Epicutis. Outside of her professional pursuits and dedication to professional development, Tawnie enjoys spending quality time with her family, practicing yoga, personal development, baking, hiking, spending time in the forest and reading.
Tyler McIntosh •

Certified Aesthetic RN Injector
Tyler is an accomplished Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a diverse background as a licensed esthetician and laser technician. She began her nursing career eight years ago at the Arizona Burn Center, where she provided advanced burn care in the ICU, working closely with burn victims and their families. This experience shaped her compassionate approach to patient care and her commitment to excellence. With a passion for aesthetics and a dedication to lifelong learning, Tyler stays at the forefront of injectable and skincare techniques. She takes pride in helping others feel confident and beautiful, specializing in neurotoxin treatments, full facial balancing, and lip corrections. Outside of her professional pursuits, Tyler is a devoted mother, fitness enthusiast, and music lover who enjoys experimenting with new recipes in her spare time.

Casey is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector, bringing a wealth of medical experience and a passion for aesthetics to the team. She has a background as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department and Nurse Practitioner in both primary care and ENT. Her strong foundation in healthcare, combined with a lifelong passion for skincare, health, and beauty, made the transition into aesthetics a natural fit. Casey is dedicated to patient education and takes pride in guiding clients on their journey to becoming more confident versions of themselves. Her approach is centered on providing comprehensive support and personalized care throughout the transformation process. Outside the office, Casey enjoys spending time outdoors, often hiking with her boyfriend and their dogs, Ellie and Barkley. She also loves traveling, discovering new local restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Leezah is a highly skilled Certified Master Aesthetician and Licensed Cosmetologist with over 10 years of experience in aesthetics. She brings a wealth of expertise to our team, specializing in medical-grade procedures and advanced laser treatments. She is a Master Hydrafacialist and a recognized Zo Skin Health Expert, dedicated to delivering exceptional care through personalized, results-driven treatments designed to help clients achieve their skin goals. Passionate about her work, Leezah finds great fulfillment in helping her clients achieve remarkable results. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her children.

Eva is a licensed esthetician with laser certification, dedicated to delivering results-driven skincare solutions. A graduate of the Southwest Institute of Natural Esthetics, she has been practicing since 2023, consistently honing her skills to provide personalized treatments using advanced techniques. Eva's passion lies in helping clients achieve their skincare goals through a tailored approach that combines expertise and a commitment to client satisfaction. As a mother of three, she understands the importance of self-care and strives to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every client. In her free time, Eva enjoys hiking, staying active at the gym, and immersing herself in a good book.
