Emily Ben Shitrit •

CEO & Founder of Amplified Beauty
Emily spent her first five years as a Physician Assistant, practicing emergency medicine in the ER and Urgent Care. Seeking a new challenge while still wanting to leverage her medical expertise, she pursued training as an Aesthetic Injector. Through this training, she discovered her true passion and started Amplified Beauty as a solopreneur. Today, her dedication and passion have driven her to grow her business into a thriving practice with her dream team. By combining her extensive medical experience and in-depth knowledge of the human body with aesthetic injecting, she helps clients achieve their desired dream transformations. She is committed to professional growth and consistently participates in advanced training to ensure she provides high-quality services and the most effective and up to date injection techniques. Emily also uses ultrasound guidance for filler placement and dissolving—an advanced technique rarely found in the market—to deliver safer, more precise, and truly transformative results.
Tawnie Marble •

Chief Operations Officer
Tawnie is a retired Registered Nurse who advanced from bedside care to overseeing operations across eleven hospitals as a Corporate Director within six years. After leaving corporate healthcare, she transitioned into entrepreneurship, building a consulting practice focused on operations and growth strategy for businesses in the health and wellness space. Tawnie began working with Emily in 2022 and became Amplified Beauty's Fractional Chief Operations Officer in 2025. Behind the scenes, Tawnie runs the systems that keep the Amplified functioning smoothly—from team support to client experience and everything in between—so that Emily and the rest of the team can stay focused on what they do best. Outside of work, Tawnie enjoys spending time with her family, living in the forest, practicing yoga, hiking, baking, reading, and pursuing personal and professional development.
Tyler McIntosh •

Certified Aesthetic RN Injector
Tyler is an accomplished Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a diverse background as a licensed esthetician and laser technician. She began her nursing career eight years ago at the Arizona Burn Center, where she provided advanced burn care in the ICU, working closely with burn victims and their families. This experience shaped her compassionate approach to patient care and her commitment to excellence. With a passion for aesthetics and a dedication to lifelong learning, Tyler stays at the forefront of injectable and skincare techniques. She takes pride in helping others feel confident and beautiful, specializing in neurotoxin treatments, full facial balancing, and lip corrections. Outside of her professional pursuits, Tyler is a devoted mother, fitness enthusiast, and music lover who enjoys experimenting with new recipes in her spare time.

Leezah is a highly skilled Certified Master Aesthetician and Licensed Cosmetologist with over 10 years of experience in aesthetics. She brings a wealth of expertise to our team, specializing in medical-grade procedures and advanced laser treatments. She is a Master Hydrafacialist and a recognized Zo Skin Health Expert, dedicated to delivering exceptional care through personalized, results-driven treatments designed to help clients achieve their skin goals. Passionate about her work, Leezah finds great fulfillment in helping her clients achieve remarkable results. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her children.

Marisa truly enjoys connecting with our community and being part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional results and personalized service. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys crafting, keeping up with the latest social media trends, and spending time with friends.
